Awaken & Bloom Women’s Retreat

As we welcome the return of light and the turning of the season, you are invited into an intimate retreat intentionally limited to 10 women.

This is not a large gathering. It is a sacred, curated circle.

Together, we will spend the day in reflection, renewal, and meaningful ceremony, honoring what is ready to be released and consciously stepping into what is ready to bloom.

🌸 What is a Despacho Ceremony?

A despacho ceremony is a sacred tradition of the Q’ero people of Peru. It is a beautiful ritual of gratitude and intention offered to Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the Apus (mountain spirits).
During the ceremony, each woman will mindfully create her own prayer bundle, a living mandala built with flowers, seeds, grains, and sweet elements. Every item is placed with intention, representing what you are releasing, what you are grateful for, and what you are calling into your life.

The completed despacho is then offered in ceremony, traditionally burned, buried, or released to water, symbolizing the transformation of energy and the restoration of balance within ourselves and in relationship with nature.
No prior experience is needed. You will be gently guided through each step with reverence and care.

This retreat is intentionally limited to ten participants to preserve depth, safety, and sacred space. If you feel the nudge, trust it.

Due to the limited capacity and ceremonial preparation, registration is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your seat may be transferred or credited toward a future Bohemia retreat with 72 hours’ notice.
